牛晓君，博士, 副教授。2003年毕业于南京大学环境学院，2006年2月至2007年6月在美国Jackson State University完成博士后研究工作。国家清洁生产审核师、广东省科技技术咨询专家库成员，教育部留学回国基金评审专家，江门市政府采购中心专家库成员，国际SCI期刊Water Environment Research，高技术通讯，Bioresource Technology、Water Science and Technology, Separation & Purification Technology , Journal of Hazardous Materials评审。
目前主持国家自然科学基金（41071305）“水稻土中磷化氢的产生、迁移转化机制及其环境效应”教育部高校博士点基金项目（200805611054 ），教育部留学回国人员基金项目（200901），广东省社会发展攻关计划项目（ x2hjB2111030）、华南理工大学中央高校基本科研业务费项目“磷化氢在污水磷的去除与资源化过程研究”、企业委托项目污水磷的去除与资源化工艺研究、清远市国土资源局项目、佛山市地质局项目、佛山市环境保护局项目。已完成的主持项目有广东省自然科学基金项目（05300186），华南理工大学自然科学青年基金项目（E5050730），广州市环境保护局项目
