黄凤辉，女，江西樟树人，华南理工大学理学院数学系副教授，硕士生导师。
（一）简历1994年—1998年：江西师范大学数学系数学教育专业，本科。
1998年—2001年：厦门大学数学系计算数学专业，硕士。
2001年—2004年：厦门大学数学科学学院，博士。
2004年－至今：华南理工大学数学科学学院，讲师、副教授。
2007年10月――2008年1月在香港浸会大学做访问学者。
（二）研究方向微分方程数值计算及其应用（包括分数阶微分方程的计算及应用）。
（三）科研在国内外核心及权威期刊上以第一作者发表论文10余篇，其中3篇SCI文章；
