主要工作经历2003年－至今：浙江大学航空航天学院应用力学研究所任讲师、副教授。
2008年03月－2008年08月：借调至国家自然科学基金委力学处挂职工作。
2006年07月－2006年12月：获澳大利亚政府Endeavour Cheung-Kong亚洲访问学者奖学金，在悉尼大学航空机械系访问6个月。
2001年09月－2002年12月：受法国政府中法交流奖学金资助，赴法国矿业大学（Ecloe des Mines）从事博士后研究工作。
研究方向多尺度材料力学行为与晶体塑性本构理论、高铁工程结构设计与动力学仿真、先进制造技术中的力学问题及ABAQUS有限元分
