刘玉荣（1968.04-），男，汉族；博士，副教授，硕士导师。1991年毕业于江西大学(现南昌大学)半导体物理专业，1996年7月获四川大学凝聚态物理硕士学位，2007年6月获华南理工大学微电子学与固体电子学工学博士学位。1996年7月至今在华南理工大学微电子专业从事教学与科研工作，其间多次应邀到香港大学电机电子工程系进行学术访问研究。先后参与多项国家级、省部级及横向科研项目研究，现正主持一项国家自然科学基金项目和一项广东省自然科学基金博士启动基金项目。已在国内、外重要刊物发表科研论文三十多篇，其中被SCI、EI、ISTP收录20多篇。目前的研究领域主要包括：基于氧化物材料、有机高分子材料的薄膜晶体管器件及光电集成技术,薄膜晶体管(TFT)器件建模与仿真，薄膜传感器及集成技术，半导体器件可靠性。
