研究方向:量子输运

导师简介:量子输运研究纳米尺度器件的电导、磁导、发光、和自旋特征。

我们具体关注量子泵浦、散粒噪声、自旋电子学和多铁性材料。发表论文20余篇,主持国家自然科学基金一项,中央高校基本科研业务费两项。目前指导硕士研究生一名,教授本科生数学物理方程和统计物理课程,辅助研究生量子统计物理课程教学。
